Badminton

Second practice day, but as SAISA middle school basketball was taking place in the gym, we worked on physical activity today, out on the field near the score board. It was tough. A very, very tough works. We had to do some skipping ropes, swinging racket with a cover, sprint, etc. I've found swinging quite tough from the others, because the racket gets really heavy with the cover. Also I had to swing by using my whole arm, my muscle is having a real pain at the moment.
I believe this will help me later on during the badminton match. I hope I can get more stamina before the match starts.

Library Service

We had a new member joining today. Therefore our work started to get finished quite fast.
We've done bookshelves organizing today, we spreaded the groups into three as usual. One for Fiction, non-fiction and mother tongue section. I needed to teach them how to organize in different sections, therefore I put different people for different section from last CAS.
At the end of the CAS, we've discussed about an event we're organizing during the Food and Fun Fair that's coming up next month. We've organized the Read-a-thon, so we'll be in charge of that for few minutes for each person.

Library Service

First CAS day for second semester. We have quite a lot of members in Libray Service, compare to the last semester. There were some new members, and some were from grade 8. I was thinking grade 8 may be too small, and would be a bit noisy to work in the library, where silence is preferred. However, they were very honest, obedient and hardworking. All the members absorbed in to the job fast, and I'm looking forward to see another enjoyment and memorable semester with this members.
8th of February, from 4pm to 5pm is parents' coffee meeting, where we all present out CAS activities. Parents have been asked to sign up the CAS forms, but they don't get a chance to take their time to look at what their children are doing. Therefore we are going to present out CAS, just like in Personal Project, we will be putting pictures and information on a white board, so that parents can have their cup of coffee and look around. So we've splited the group into two. Two were working on making posters and others were organizing the book shelves. Skylord, Charlity and I will be staying on Tuesday for this event.

Second Semester goals

2011 has finally come... woke me up by saying "this is your final semester in IB". I will be graduating in May, and the time is ticking to show that there is only a little bit of time to spend for CAS.

This year, I'm going to keep up the work I have been doing for one and half year;
